Ingredients: 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream - prepared with fresh fruit; 4 fresh strawberries; 1 part Mezzoemezzo Nardini; 1 part Vodka; 1 part Prosecco. Preparation: 1. It’s not a typo, you’ve got it right: a variation of the famous Sgroppino, a refreshing summer cocktail, especially well-known in Venice. Nico Colic, the barman at the Hotel Rivington & Sons Bar Zurich, invented it in our honor! Here is the recipe. Ingredients: 1 scoop of peach sorbet; 1,5 cl Grappa Nardini; 5 cl Prosecco wine. Preparation: 1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer until they are completely blended. 2. Pour into a chilled champagne flute. 3. Garnish with mint and serve with a spoon lying on a saucer. The spoon is useful so that you can re-mix the ingredients with each other before you can enjoy. 35ml Nardini Rabarbaro
35ml Nardini Rosso
Soda, to taste
Twist of lemon peel, to garnish
Mix the two together in an old-fashioned glass (or similar) over ice. Add a twist of lemon peel. Top up with a little soda – not too much!
The best six o’clock drink in the world. This has been served in the Nardini grapperia on the Ponte Vecchio in Bassano del Grappa for decades.

1. pour ingredients into a shaker with ice;
2. shake for a few seconds and service in a chilled martini glass;

For a more decisive taste, substitute vodka with Grappa Bianca Nardini .
A cocktail invented by Gianluca of Palazzo delle Misture of Bassano del Grappa. This cocktail, whose color and scent are evocative of a fresh rose, seems to have come straight out of “Sex and the City”.
The cocktail takes its inspiration from two lovelies who asked Andrea to create a cocktail for them while they perused the latest copy of Vanity Fair. It was his very special way of presenting each of them with a pink rose.

Just across the bridge from Nardini, at Caffè Ponte Vecchio, Massimo Frighetto launched this fun alternative to the typical shot… toothpaste.In this version, the green gel contains “Aquavite di Vinaccia” grappa Nardini. How to use it? Squirt it directly on a toothbrush, provided in the handy kit, along with a test tube of “mouthwash” flavoured with Mistrà, Nardini’s anice-flavored liqueur and a capsule that tastes like coffee on the outside with Nardini grappa inside. Frighetto sells the kit without instructions—just a little smile, letting clients figure out for themselves how it works.
