Since 1779: One family, one product Acquavite Nardini has been produced and bottled in Bassano del Grappa since 1779. In that year Bortolo Nardini purchased the locale known as the "Osteria sul ponte", today part of the Historical Places of Italy, at the entrance of the famous Palladian Bridge, inaugurating what is probably the oldest and most traditional distillery in Italy. Since that time, Nardini’s vocation is to continue with intuition and passion producing a product that, over two centuries, has evolved in terms of quality, yet always maintained its particular characteristics that continue to distinguish it as a market leader. Today Nardini, with its two distilleries and modern bottling center combines a grand tradition with a state-of-the-art manufacturing system making, in addition to the classic distilled products, many liqueurs utilizing antique recipes that evoke the rich traditions of the Veneto region. | |
